Important information for the candidates
The online interviews will be conducted on
Tuesday, 15th June, 2021. The interviews will start at
9 AM. The schedule and the link for the online meeting will be shared later.
There will be a single panel of core members that will conduct the interview for all the External/Part-Time/Project Staff category candidates for MS, PhD and Direct PhD programmes. Potential guide(s) of a candidate will join the panel during the interview for that candidate. The interview for each candidate will be for about 30 to 40 minutes.
For External and Part-Time candidates, the interview will be mainly about the relevant work being
carried out by the candidate, about the research proposal submitted by the candidate, and on
assessing the knowledge of the candidate in the subject(s) related to the area of research.
For Project Staff candidates, the interview will be mainly about the work being carried out by the
candidate in the project, about the research problem that the candidate would like to work on,
and on assessing the knowledge of the candidate in the subject(s) related to the area of research.
