- Venue for the school is CS25, CSE Department, IIT Madras, Chennai.
- All the guests traveling from abroad need to fill in Form C, attach a photocopy of passport and a passport-sized photograph, and submit to the reception of Taramani Guest House. This is required for onward transmission to immigration authorities. You can also collect a copy of the form at the registration desk.
- Your accommodation information is mailed to you. The accommodation has been arranged in hostels Pampa and Sharavati, as well as Taramani Guest House. If you do not know about your accommodation, check at the reception at the Taramani Guest House inside IIT Madras campus.
- No activity or event is planned on Sunday (February 21) evening or Friday (February 26) after lunch.
