Instructions:

There is no fixed format for the assignment. You can turn in the assignment in hand-written form or printed format. The following should be included in your submission:

Name

Roll No.

Date of submission

Details of the assignment

Include diagrams and references (minimum 2 references, maximum 3) in your assignment. Bonus marks will be given for self-drafted diagrams. References could be URLs, books, journals etc., which you referred for writing the assignment. The assignment will be checked for syntactic and semantic errors. Therefore, submit the assignment in the form of a concise report.

Length of the assignment:

Hand-written: max 3 pages

Printed format: max 2 pages (12 pt, 1.5 line spacing)

Those who use hand-written format should turn in their assignments at the professor's office. The printed format could be submitted online on Moodle page, which will be opened shortly. The link to the Moodle submission page will be provided in the course website.

Note: The Moodle page will be used only for assignment submission.

Last date for submission: October 21, 2011

There will be a penalty of -2 marks per week for late submission.
