Regular Exams:
These will be scheduled as per the institute calendar slots for D-slot courses.
- Quiz-I (22.5%) - Feb 21, 2026, 10am - 11:30am
- Quiz-II (22.5%) - Mar 28, 2026, 10am - 11:30am
- Endsem Exam (40%) - May 09, 2016, 9am - 12pm
The DoTs - Tutorials - The following gives the schedule for Discussion-Based Open-Book Tutorials (DoTs). The Tutorial session will present a set of problems that the class will try to solve in an in-class discussion-based open-book mode. Some of the questions suggested will be directly from the practice problem sheets. The TAs and the instructor will be available for discussion. The specified questions should be submitted for feedback. These will always be scheduled on Fridays. The respective mentor TA will give you feedback before the next Monday class. The following dates are tentative.
- DoT 01 : Fri, Jan 30, 2026.
- DoT 02 : Fri, Feb 20, 2026 (this is before Quiz 1)
- DoT 03 : Fri, Mar 13, 2026.
- DoT 04 : Fri, Mar 27, 2026 (this is before Quiz 2)
- DoT 05 : Fri, Apr 17, 2026.
- DoT 06 : Fri, May 01, 2026.
The ShoTs - Short Exams - There will be two short tests, which are in-class standard 50-minutes exams. They will contribute to (2x5 = 10%) towards the final grade. The evaluated answer scripts will be returned on the following Monday.

The PPS - Weekly Practice Problem Sets - The following gives the schedule for posting Weekly Problem Sets (PPS). These will contain 4-5 problems for practice and will be sent out over the WA group (and the file will be posted on edstem).
